Sam Srinivasan, Chairman 

Mr.Srinivasan founded the business of Health Language in 1998 and has served as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Cirrus Logic. Mr. Srinivasan has also served in other positions, including Director of Internal Audits and Corporate Controller of Intel Corporation. From May 1973 until May 1984, Mr. Srinivasan served in various managerial positions in the department of Finance of Eaton Corporation, Cleveland, Ohio.

Mr.Srinivasan holds a B.A. in Commerce from Madras University, India and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University. He was also a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, The Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and American Institute of Certified Financial Planners.

Ravi Ravichandran, Founder

Mr.Ravichandran has more than 30 years of US and international experience in Finance, Accounting, ERP and Information Technology. He is a proven leader with substantial experience in guiding companies through the business life cycle. Most recently he held senior management position at Oracle Corporation in On Demand Services. During his 15 years tenure at Oracle, he has provided leadership in Business Development, Consulting, Alliances, Marketing and Product Engineering. He has extensive hand on experience with ERP systems and enterprise applications.

Ravi also practiced as a Public Accountant for 8 years with various international accounting firms.

Ravi is a past member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and has MBA from University of South Dakota, MS (MIS) from Texas Tech University and  Bachelors degree from University Of Madras.

Navin Chugh, Founder

Mr.Chugh has more than 18 years of US and international experience in the Information Technology industry.  He has held senior management positions in sales and marketing of products and services (direct and indirect) in small and large companies, in the software industry. Mr. Chugh has hands on experience in managing all phases of enterprise applications (ERP) deployment. With the combined experience of application software sales and implementation services, he has the unique capability to understand the customer needs quickly and address it effectively.

Most recently Navin was a Vice President in Global Alliances & Channels at Oracle where he was responsible for growing revenue by defining, building and managing global partner programs for Oracle Application products. During his 7 years tenure with Oracle he has provided leadership in Alliances (partner management, applications integration), Business Development, Consulting and offshore team building and management.  Prior to Oracle Navin held executive management positions at Vertex Ventures, VerticalNet (Tradeum) and Vastera.

Navin has MBA from San Jose State University (CA), a MS degree in Industrial Engineering from Alfred University (NY) and B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering from IT-BHU (IIT Varanasi, India).
