By using FAonDemand, we have been able to outsource our customer (AR) statement process which has enabled our staff to work more effectively with our customers. At the point we engaged FAonDemand our accounts receivable were running at 60 + days, we are now at 30 days or less which has substantially helped us with our cash flow.

Welcome to our first ever monthly newsletter. We hope to bring you the 'buzz' in the on demand world with a few useful tips to enjoy with your morning coffee. If you are buried with work, we suggest a buzz break.

Thanks to our customers and partners, we had a successful 2007. We participated at Oracle Open World (OOW) in November at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, with our partner Adaptive Planning and had an opportunity to meet and talk to many of you.
