FAonDemand hosts CFO Round Table

We had a successful invitation only CFO Round Table on March 21st in Mountain View. Jim McGeever was the keynote speaker from NetSuite and was followed by a presentation by Steve Levine, CMO of UBMatrix on forthcoming XBRL based reporting requirements. Brian Kinion, VP Finance & Controller of SucessFactors talked about managing compliance and audit in NetSuite. Terry Wynn, CFO of CaseCentral talked about the broader adoption of NetSuite across his organization. More than 25 CFO, Controller and VP Finance attendees enjoyed the presentations and took advantage of the interactive sessions. Stay tuned for our next Round Table in June.

SEC unveils 'Financial Explorer' investor tool using XBRL

Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman Christopher Cox has announced the launch of the "Financial Explorer" on the SEC Web site to help investors quickly and easily analyze the financial results of public companies. Financial Explorer paints the picture of corporate financial performance with diagrams and charts, using financial information provided to the SEC as "interactive data" in eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL).Read more >>
