This is what we define the ‘as-is’ delivery with business as usual with minimal or no disruptions.  In this model we do not disrupt your existing processes, functions, systems and procedures. We identify and document your existing processes and replicate this just as it is at your site or from our offshore delivery centers. Our employees will be accessing your system remotely and securely. All we need is a secure (VPN) access to your systems, processes and transaction documents which can be faxed to a unique private number for you.

Value-Added Services

In this model we not only identify and execute your existing processes on your existing systems, we add value in the form of improved processes, industry and domain knowledge and additional systems, best practices, IT and applications related services like user maintenance, financial reporting, application integration and data mining.
